Minimum Experience Required:

 
  1. 3-15 years of experience in local to mid-size public accounting firms
  2. Must have a valid CPA license
  3. Must be proficient in A&A
  4. Must be proficient in tax (individual, entities, trusts and estates), accounting and financial statement preparation
  5. Must be proficient in Lacerte, MS Office and CCH Engagement Fx
  6. Must have knowledge of document management systems
  7. Must have experience supervising staff

 

Responsibilities:

 
  1. Preparation of individual income taxes (intermediate to advanced)
  2. Preparation of entity income taxes (intermediate to advanced) C & S Corps, Partnerships, LLC’s, Trusts and Estates
  3. Tax Planning for individuals and entities
  4. May conduct personal income tax interviews with clients
  5. Preparation of Compilation, Review and/or Audited Financial Statements
  6. Assist Partner with consulting projects
  7. Report to Supervisors and Partners
  8. Effectively manage multiple client projects with direction from Supervisors
  9. Participate in employee evaluation process
  10. Must practice excellent written and verbal communication skills
  11. Chargeable hour goal: 1,700 hours
  12. Some client travel will be required
  13. Must participate in the firmwide marketing plan
