Seeks an Account Associate/Bookkeeper for the Business Management practice group in our New York location. We seek a self-motivated professional with a genuine desire to embrace this challenging career opportunity to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment while taking on a variety of assignments.
This individual will be responsible for computing, classifying and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records are accurate. The Account Associate also performs routine financial calculations and general ledger duties.
+ Process accounts payable/receivable.
+ Enter general ledger postings.
+ Prepare bank & credit card reconciliations.
+ Prepare and edit monthly cash flows.
+ Record and enter payroll.
+ Interact with vendors, banking relationships and clients.
+ Respond to daily client or partner requests.
+ Execute daily cash management functions.
+ Special projects.
+ Extensive bookkeeping experience, experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, etc.
+ Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
+ High level of organization, solid multi-tasking ability.
+ Positive attitude, fast learner, team player.
+ Excellent client service orientation.
+ Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks online
+ Datafaction and bill.com is a big plus.
