Job Description
Senior Tax Accountant
Our client, a Beverly Hills certified public accounting firm, is seeking a full time experienced senior tax professional to join their team.
The successful candidate should have at least 4 - 6 years’ experience of tax preparation.
Candidate must be able to work under limited supervision, help take charge and mentor staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations
- Research complex tax issues
- Tax planning and projections
- Reporting to managing team member
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting, finance or related field
- Prefer CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification (or in the process of pursuing)
- Experience in ProSystem or Access Tax is a plus
- Must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task and to set priorities
- Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
