Corporate Tax Manager (ASC 740 Experience)
One of the nation’s top accounting firms, and one of Southern California’s largest, fastest growing full service CPA firm seeks a Corporate Tax Manager (ASC 740 Experience) with 5+ years tax experience for our LA office.
Individual must be a technically savvy, “sleeves-up” person with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience
- CPA required
- ASC 740 expertise
- Proficient in corporate taxation; individual and partnership a plus
- Previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational techniques are required
- Must be highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements
- Must begin to attain visibility and recognition within their industry specialization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
