  • Prepare and manage individual, trust, corporate and partnership tax returns
  • Engage in tax planning services:  projections, entity selection and ad hoc tax research
  • Manage communications between clients and IRS & other state tax agencies
  • Manage multiple tax engagements simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Being familiar with compilation and review engagements and deferred tax computations
