The group has a balanced franchise consisting of buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, equity, leveraged finance and investment grade capital raising. As many clients are multinationals, the team spends considerable time on cross-border M&A and IPO opportunities working closely with colleagues in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Job Description
As an Analyst you will:
- Work closely with Associates and VP’s to build financial models and prepare presentation materials / other deliverables for investment banking clients
- Play a key role supporting origination, evaluating opportunities and executing deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
- Serve as a key resource working closely with senior bankers to solve client needs and execute transactions
- Prepare client presentations and final work products
- Perform industry and company research to support business development
- Assist in coordinating information flow and execution with product groups
As an Associate you will:
- Help the team to deliver solutions that leverages the full breadth of the bank's capabilities and its competitive advantages as a top tier bank
- Take ownership of valuation analysis by guiding and supervising Analysts, which will lead you to develop expertise in financial and analytical practices
- Structure, prepare and deliver client presentations
- Actively participate in executing transactions and work to expand your level of client interaction and responsibilities on transactions
- Manage and mentor junior professionals in the context of deal executions, marketing pitches and general career development
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks
Qualifications
- Experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and/or Corporate Banking, Consulting or other related areas
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Professional maturity and experience to interact with senior bankers
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking and distinguished communication skills
- Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
- Initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
- Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
