Responsibilities may include:
- Matching and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Overseeing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
- Finding highly specialized candidates on resume database sites such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and others
- Building targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team
- Formatting resumes and creating candidate marketing profiles
