Our client is a global Law firm with an opportunity in their Los Angeles office
We are seeking a tax associate with 3-6 years of experience in complex business transactions.
Experience with nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations is required.
Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.

The practice includes nonprofit formations, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, international activities and affiliations, unrelated business taxable income, joint ventures, program-related investments, political activities and lobbying, audits and tax controversies, tax return review, tax-exempt bonds, and dissolutions.
